On December 17, 1903 the Wright brothers, Wilbur and Orville, do history when they took off in flight and invented the first airplane. Wilbur was born in 1867 on a farm near Millville, Indiana and Orville was born in 1871 near Dayton, Indiana. As youngsters, Wilbur and Orville looked to their flummox for mechanical expertise and their father for intellectual challenge. Milton, their father, brought them various souvenirs and trinkets he found during his travels for the church. One such trinket, a toy helicopter-like top, sparked the boys come to in flying. In school, Wilbur excelled, and would hurt graduated from high school if his family had not moved during his senior year. A skating accident and his mothers illness and subsequent death kept him from attending college. Orville was an come student, known for his mischievous behavior. He quit school before his senior year to start a printing business. The two brothers were very intellectual and smart, plainly both did not ever get their high school diplomas. It just goes to show that even two of the best minds in our history didnt come to go to college or even finish high school to become these great minds.      The first time Wilbur and Orville referred to themselves as "The Wright Brothers" was when they started their own printing firm at the ages of 22 and 18. Using a damaged tombstone and buggy parts, they built a press and printed odd jobs as well as their own newspaper. In 1892, the brothers bought bicycles. They began repairing bicycles for friends, then started their own repair business. Our nation revolves around the use of computers. Can you go through a normal day without using something computer related? I dont consider so. Many everyday things that you take for granted are computer based, such as ATMs, credit cards, grocery check outs, and gas stations to name a few. Computers have evolved incredibly in the past few years. Programs on computers help to make schools more organized and are used many times a day. Today most of the students records are kept on a computer instead of in filing cabinets. Such as records of shots, attendance, grades, test scores, any problems the nipper has, and many others. With computers you can pull up a childs file within seconds instead of having to find the file in a cabinet, which could take several minutes. Computers throttle all the files organized and make finding things easier for teachers, which helps them to describe more things done in their busy day. Many teachers when assigning document require them to be typed. Typed written document are a lot easier to read then hand written ones. Having a typed paper cuts down on the time needed to grade the papers and makes reading them a lot easier. Before computers, the time teachers needed to grade twenty papers was maybe four hours and now they can grade them in about two hours. Computers allow us to communicate with people all over the world. Thanks to the mesh you can talk with people from other counties and get a response within a few seconds. Instead if you had written a letter you might not get a response for weeks. The Internet also allows people who dont know each other to meet and become friends. Being able to connect to t he Internet allows families to stay in touch up to now though they live thousands of miles away. The capabilities of being online makes things so much easier and faster, which we need, in order to keep up with the fast paced world we live in.

Joan being a virgin and highly religious could have been viewed under the pure Syndrome, she may have been viewed under the Tomboy Syndrome for being a warrior and dressing like a man, or she may have been viewed under the Shame Syndrome for taking command of the French army leading them to defeat over England. Joan possibly could have been viewed by society under a culmination of all these syndromes, being called a Warrior Queen.
